You have got Stage 1 hypertension. Please control your hypertension by diet, exercise and medicines. The optimal blood pressure for minimizing the risk of cardiovascular problems (such as heart attack and heart failure) and stroke is below 120/80 mm Hg.
Please also take Cholesterol profile. Try to reduce serum cholesterol, triglycerides and LDL.
Eat a low-cholesterol, low-fat diet. This kind of diet includes cottage cheese, fat-free milk, fish (not canned in oil), vegetables, poultry, egg whites, and polyunsaturated oils and margarines (corn, safflower, canola, and soybean oils). Avoid foods with excess fat in them such as meat (especially liver and fatty meat), egg yolks, whole milk, cream, butter, shortening, lard, pastries, cakes, cookies, gravy, peanut butter, chocolate, olives, potato chips, coconut, cheese (other than cottage cheese), coconut oil, palm oil, and fried foods.
Lifestyle changes may help control high blood pressure:
Lose weight if you are overweight. Excess weight adds to strain on the heart. In some cases, weight loss may be the only treatment needed.
Exercise to help your heart.
Adjust your diet as needed. Decrease fat and sodium -- salt, MSG, and baking soda all contain sodium. Increase fruits, vegetables, and fiber.

that's the low end of the start of hypertension, but it's not too bad, yet, you need to cut out the coffee, caffeine raises blood pressure dramatically, try decaf coffee, tea, watch your salt intake too, try some deep breathing as it calms the body and lowers blood pressure, but all in all you might have to totally ditch the coffee or wind up on medications.
