MY recommendation is "Asian Steak Salad" where you get crunchy red capsicum, healthy carrot julienne, aromatic onions & tender beef slices in a bowl you can eat made out of crepes (pancake). I love to savour this in "Sur Le Champs" which is a restaurant in one of my favourite hotels in Paris, namely, the Marriott Champs-Elysees located right on the Avenue des Champs Elysees. I last enjoyed this with a crisp Riesling Grand Cru Schlossberg C. Dietrich 1998 from Alsace with supple acids. For preparation, just prepare it as you would any other salad with Vinaigrette or Caesar dressing and add in some cold beef tenderloin slices. Enjoy!
