Generally speaking, chances is slim but it is possible. If you have cuts inside your month, you chances increase. The best thing is, use a condom but even still, it is no a gurantee that you'll be protect.
If you give a BJ to someone, just because they didn't B in your mouth doesnt mean you didnt eat any pre C um. Pre C um is a fluid that comes out while guys are getting worked up. It is in small qanity that sometimes you won't even notice it.
Condoms is not a magical tool what many people think it is. You can still catch tonnes of other stuff wearing it.

Sorry to tell you this, but any type of unprotected sexual activity..whether it be oral or actual intercourse itself puts you and anyone at risk...fact is that even if the person hasn't ejaculated the natural lubricants from both the vagina and the penal canal or even the mouth for that matter can put anyone at risk of contracting STIs (Sexually Transmitted Infections -- the new term...not STDs any longer--FYI). If you are worried about this I strongly suggest that you go to your nearest "Sexual Health Clinic" and have the appropriate tests done. Good luck and Safe Sex!

Yes! But the chances are remote! But why take those chances? It would be very stupid to gamble with your life that way!

As in... using a condom? It's fine if you use a condom, but not skin on skin. However, this does NOT mean that there is no risk of contracting with a condom. There's always risk involved...

well, if you used a condom, then you would have been protected. if you didn't then yes, there is a possibility for either person.
by the way, they make flavored condoms... and they aren't so bad...
