If you are not using a sliding scale insulin then do not take more insulin until your next scheduled dose. You will just have to watch your dietary intake until your next dose IF you do not have any restrictions on fluids you can increase your water to help eliminate sugars/carbs from your system. Next time write it down or set up your injections in a repetitive pattern so you build in checks and balances good luck be safe and healthy

If you can not remember then you should start a chart so that you can put your sugar level and insulin amount with the time that you have done this and it makes it easier to show to your doctor on you visit to him/her

Every time that you inject then turn the bottle over... upside down on even days and right side up on odd days... This should work..

Check your blood sugar. If it is high that take the dose recommend to that level
