Just make sure that you tell the manager that you will be on your best behaviour, I was a waitress and I hated to serve birthday parties for teenagers, the always made me do the stupidest things, left me with a horrible tip in the end and a HUGE mess to clean up when they left. As for what to do, try finding a place to go Neon Bowling, or go down to the local skate park to hang out.

Go old school and have close friends sleep over for tradition slumber party madness. Use this as a time to celebrate growing up, but then do silly things like gossip and play truth or dare.
