Me and my boyfriend have sex and someone told me that he has aids and we had sex one time without a condom but he didn't *** can I still get aids if nothing happened?

YES.
But you cannot contract the HIV virus from someone who is not infected. It's like getting blood out of a stone.
But surely, you must be 100% sure that the person you have unprotected sex with doesn't carry the virus! And how can you be 100% sure? That's the 64,000 dollar question. You can rely only on an HIV test results and not on what someone says.
Getting more informations on the subject by educating yourself is of prime importance!
Playing Russian roulette with the HIV virus can be fatal!

Yes! Do you really want to ruin the rest of your life? What do you think condoms are for? Jeez!!
Also get a shot for cervical cancer, the new vaccine that was made available this past June! This is a must for you. You have already made yourself vulnerable to this cancer. Do it Now!
HPV and you have already exposed yourself to this cancer.
Just do it, tell your mother/father/doctor but do it!!!!!!

Even if he didn't ejaculate, there was still some pre ejaculate involved in the deed. So, simply, yes you could get HIV from that one encounter. Go get an HIV test now and again in 6 months to verify that you don't have it - and have protected sex every time from now on.
