Ajonjoli is the Spanish term for sesame seeds. You can buy sesame seeds in the spice or ethnic section (Asian or Latin America) of your local large supermaket. I like to toast the seeds in a pan or in the oven before I add them to dishes.

It doesn't LOOK similar to a sesame seed...it IS a sesame seed...Ajonjolí is the spanish word (name) for sesame seeds.
You can find them in any latin american specialty food shop, or also at an herbolarium (herb specialist) or health food store.
Mole poblano can be found already prepared, there are several brands, I use Carlos Bueno or Doña María, and add an extra tablespoon of unsweetend cocoa powder while cooking, and a tablespoon of ajonjolí sprinkled over the dish just before serving. It's great with turkey breasts.. Actually mole is good with most meats... And I accompany it with a mexican style rice (with sautée onions, red and green peppers, once tender, add the rice, then cover with chicken broth and add red kidney beans and corn.)
