corn flour is like any other flour product out there.
rice, all purpose, wheat etc.

No and I want too add that if you make in home phyllo dough, if you spray corn starch on top of the phyllo and put an other in top they don't stick together.

no, corn starch is used for thicking gravys, and is more like baking soda/powder consistancy. comes in a yellow box.
corn flour is for baking and such.
