What will happen to lungs when you run a long way in very cold wether while breathing rapidly through your mouth?

it usually becomes dry, but nothing damaging happens

the first one is you could suffer from sleep apnea. Nothing will happen to the lungs as air will be body temp by the time the air is exchanged in them

your throught will dry up, and it will feel like sand paper for like an hour even after you drink water. trust me this has happened to me like 3 times, sucks
