here you go, veggies stick to this:

A vegetarian is someone living on a diet of grains, pulses, nuts, seeds, vegetables and fruits with or without the use of dairy products and eggs (preferably free-range).

A vegetarian does not eat any meat, poultry, game, fish, shellfish or crustacea, or slaughter by-products such as gelatine or animal fats

NO FISH....people who eat fish are not veggies, it's such a simple concept I'm always at a loss as to why people don't understand it. There is no CREDIBLE source or definition that describes a veggie as a fish eater.

Well, if you are just vegetarian, then you cannot eat any meat. This includes fish! You can drink milk, eat cheese, etc. Vegans are the ones who do not eat any animal products.

Depending on what type of vegetarian you are will dictate what you can eat.
Ovo-Lacto-Vegetarians: Fruits, Veggies, Dairy, Eggs
Ovo-Vegetarians: Fruits, Veggies, Eggs
Lacto-Vegetarians: Fruits, Veggies, Dairy
Vegans: Fruits, Veggies
Fruitarians: Fruit
Those are the primary types. Some people will claim that they are vegetarian if they don't eat red meat, however that is not the case. Fish and poultry do count as meats and thus consuming them makes you non-vegetarian.

Vegetarians ARE allowed to eat milk products because you don't kill an animal for milk. REAL vegetarians don't eat fish, beef, chicken, pork, lamb, or any type of animal meat.

Vegetarians do not eat fish. Fish is an animal. There are a few types of vegetarians but the one thing they do have in common is that NONE of them eat the flesh of any animal.

What do I eat? I eat anything without meat in it. Pasta dishes, rice dishes, veggies, fruit, vegetarian versions of all american favorites and so much more.

Some use eggs if they are from free roaming chickens, not those caged inhumanely, but for the most part the diet consists of non meat and no fish, just veggies . Human breast milk is acceptable for babies but try to stay away from all animal made products. Tofu is used a lot and there are ways to make hamburgers and meatloaf without meat...

There are different types of vegetarian. Piscetarians eat fish but no other meat. Lacto-ovo vegetarians eat eggs and dairy but no meat. Vegans eat no animal products at all. There are other specialized types too.
