I want to find a perfect natural diat consisting of fruit juices / raw vegetables and other uncoocked food. Can one eat such a diet for a week or so to check on imbalance of bodily chemicals? Can one prepare such a food menu, that it covers ALL NECESSARY NEITRIENTS on daily basis ? If you have the answer, i am willing to try.

You seem to want to try a raw foods way of life. Living Light Cuisine is a chef school, but she has a cookbook out called Angel Foods: Healthy Recipes for Heavenly Bodies, by Cherie Soria (her website is rawfoodchef.com) or another famous raw food institute is the Hippocrates Institute (website is hippocratesinst.org) and they have a book called Hippocrates Health Program-A Proven Guide to Healthful Living by Brian Clement (that I haven't read yet though). I would recommend any raw food book also (they are on my son's christmas list) because they have all the info on raw food diets in their ten page introductions (you may even get one from the library: especially if you have a library that participates in borrowing from other libraries across the state or area).
I do believe it takes 4 - 6 weeks to get toxins out of your body and become balanced. I think a week is too short, but you may find you release your toxins fast (I release mine slow since I have some added fat that holds on to them, and I do get the headaches as the toxins are released and flood my bloodstream and are then removed at night when the liver cleans the toxins out). So much to learn about on your interest in healthy eating. Enjoy your journey, and don't become overwhelmed at first, just do a little at a time.

Since the beginning of man humans have been meat eaters for a true natural diet you would have to grow and raise your own food.
