Mrs and I were at World Market and bought this stuff... sounded like it would be awesome in the store... but what is the best food to use it with?

Broiled rye bread squares brushed with extra-virgin olive oil. Or you could try it as an interesting addition to stuffed chicken. It could also be blended with pasta sauces.

Perhaps a nice piece of grilled or pan seared fish. When I worked in a restaurant we did pan seared Monkfish with spinach topped with an artichoke relish. It was delicious.
I bet it would go great on a steak sandwich as well.

You can use that mixture on all kinds of things. It's a great product.

Use w/ or on:
-Foccacia bread or pizza dough (Premade pizza crusts like "Boboli" brand is fine)

-Crostini slices (To make:take french bread, slice it thin, rub with raw garlic clove and a drizzle of olive oil, then bake until toasty & crisp)

-Baked/broiled fish (Salmon fillets)

-Stir into some hot al dente pasta!!! Top off with freshly greated reggiano parmesano cheese.

I agree with everyone else with one addition, a smattering of crumbled feta cheese is awesome with this topping.

Enjoy!
