INGREDIENTS:
2 garlic cloves
2 large onions
1 red pepper or hot pepper
1 carrot
2 green olives
2 black olives
3 ripe tomatoes
1 cup chicken broth
1 teaspoon black pepper
10 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoons salt
1/2 cup white wine
1 bay leaf
1 bunch fresh rosemary
1 tablespoon flour or corn flour
1/2 tablespoon ground red pepper
PREPARATION:
Either chop very fine or use a food processor to blend all the ingredients.
Simmer for 45 to 60 miuntes, stirring frequently, until the flavors are blended and the sauce is thickened.

Use as a seasoning for any type of meat.
