Have your parents take him to the doctor. Why are you asking this question and not your parents? He probably has blood vessels close the surface so everytime his nasal passages gets dry, or he picks his nose, he'll abrade one enough to make is bleed.

How old is your little brother? I will assume that he is a small child. First do the common sense things: make sure that he is drinking alot of fluid, that the room has enough humidity( it could be that his nasal passages are dry and are rupturing the capillaries in his nose), make sure that he is not picking his nose( because that could break the capillaries in his nose too). Make sure that he has not hit his nose, or had any trauma to his nose. If everything is normal for him, you will want to let his peditrican/ Dr know that he is having a lot of nose bleeds, there could an underlying reason for the nose bleeds.

Doctors should be able to cauterize the vessels in his nose - that will diminish - if not stop - the bleeding. I also believe there mey be some nasal sprays out there that have the same effect.

Take him to the doctor, they can cauterize his nose. My father n law just had it done 2 weeks ago. He was doing the same thing. They put this balloon thing in until it stopped then he went into the office and they cauterized his nasel passages.

I used to have this problem. I read an article that using too much asprin will cause your blood to thin, causing nose bleeds. I stopped taking aspirin and they totally stopped.

He may be hurting his blood vessels everytime he rubs his nose or picks it. He may also, though unlikely, not be coagulating correctly, or not at all. Take him to the doctor and they should also run some blood tests to make sure it's nothing related to that.
