For instance, salt, pepper, garlic, cumin, oregano and cilantro and a good hot sauce and/or jalapeno peppers will get you a long way.

Usually you can find seasoning packets for things like tacos and fajitas in the spice aisle of your local grocery store. If not there, you can often find them right next to where they sell the fajita kits.
