It's got chicken strips, baby corn, green peppers,... I've made it medium-spicy on egg noodles.

Cilantro, also known as Chinese parsley, is typical.

Another typical topper for your stir-fry is finely chopped green onions... the green part.

Other garnishes to consider is toasted sesame seeds, chopped peanuts, cashews, finely chopped red bell peppers or a light dash of paprika or cayenne for just a little color.

To the Chinese, red is a good luck color.

Parsley is not characteristic in Asian cuisine, but it could not hurt. More traditionally is the use of Basil (fresh, whole leaves) or Cilantro.
(A gentle lacing of sesame oil perfuming the top of an Asian dish is delightful as well)

Coriander (Cilantro) is always good on oriental stir-fries

It depends on what type of meat you are stir frying?
