If she isn't running a fever then it is most likely only a cold and needs to run it's course. If she is getting sick that often though be sure she is using a good multivitamin and try using a good antioxidant supplement to help build up her immune system. Seems like her immune system is fairly run down if she get a cold and gets sick often. The only thing that concerns me is the fact that the doc didn't have you schedule an appointment to recehck her ears to see if the fluid had cleared up properly.

As long as she isn't running a fever I'd let it run its course. Try some over the counter meds and give her peppermint tea (you can add a little honey to sweeten it). It'll help flush the bad out and open her sinuses up. Plus it's great for the stomach which has a tendency to get upset when having to deal with sinus run-off.

People, people, people, repeat after me: antibiotics do not cure viral infections. Colds, ear infections, and flu are caused by viruses in 90% of cases. Supportive care is indicated with plenty of fluids, rest and time. Your doctor probably just gave you an antibiotic because he or she got tired of lecturing you about the futility of antibiotics for viral infections.

it could be viral infection in which you don't usually have a fever for.
if it's been a while, i suggest you take your daughter to the doctor because this can be really uncomfortable for her.
in some cases, antibiotics can work on a viral infection.
the best way to know? bring her to a doctor, have her tested to see if there is any bacterial infection (note: there are some cases of bacterial infection where in a child does not have a fever).

Why waste money and the doctor's time. She probably did not need antibiotics the first time. Give her Tylenol and lot of fluids and let it run its course.

If she isn't running a fever there really isn't anything a doctor can do for her. Push fluids, keep her warm and comfortable and let it run it's course. If she was on meds two weeks ago, you don't want her back on them, it could bring down her immune system.

If there's no fever then just let it run its course. They probably can't do anything right now anyway.
