Sometimes i get it u would breath in and it would stricke adn then you have to take little breaths to not make it hurt and i'm not over 18 so what could it be?

You should contact your physician. There's a saying in medicine when it comes to the heart; Time is muscle. If there is some kind of blockage in the arteries around your heart, the pain that can be caused could be due to the lack of blood flow to the heart muscle. Without knowing your medical history, it is impossible to say whether or not this is stress related, or due to a more serious disease process. But, it is always better to be safe than sorry.

Ok, now relax...and call you doctor immediately...only the doctor who sees you in person can answer any of your questions. You have a right to the answers, but the doctor has no idea you have problems unless you call and make an appointment.
We can't help you on this site, as we are not physicians and you are not here in person as our patient....please get an exam.
And remember regardless of age, people have medical things that must be taken care of.....
....so call that pediatrician or regular family doctor....now.

it also happens to me, but i'm not taking it seriously, but then, the best is to have a doctor talk... people here are telling me it might be heartburn, but then... i think, and i obviously feel that some kind of a vein is being misplaced?? but then it comes back to the original position, and this takes place when the shocking feeling disappears..
