No one. Eggs are good for you

According to the Mayo Clinic the egg is a perfect food with protein, vitamin A, vitamin D, riboflavin and other vitamins and minerals, or the culprit that may make cholesterol creep up to dangerous levels? Eggs are both, according to the November issue of Women’s HealthSource.
One whole egg has 213 milligrams (mg) of cholesterol. The American Heart Association recommends that healthy people limit their cholesterol to 300 mg a day. If you have an egg for breakfast, that means limiting meat, poultry and dairy products the rest of the day to stay within the recommended guideline.
If you have coronary artery disease it is recommended to limit your egg comsumption.

I eat lots, we keep free range chickens on our farm.

Anyone who thinks eggs are tastless should go and buy some eggs from a decent farmyard. Fresh freerange are almost a different food altogether, thet are so much better.

Ignore supermarket definitions of freerange, there farms are disgustingly overcrowded with no fresh grass or space to nest/roam. The hens are still hen-pecked - a sure sign of stress.

I completely disagree, they are very good for you and I try to have at least two a week. They're a great source of protein. I reckon it's just the usual scaremongers trying to stop us from eating anything.

Having said that, I don't think you're supposed to have eggs when you're pregnant!
