why is it dangerouse to eat nuts during pregnantcy?

This is 'news' to me. Unless the person has a nut allergy, nuts are not 'contraindicated' in pregnancy. In fact, nuts are an excellent source of important nutrients for mom and baby such as magnesium, potassium, protein, and essential fatty acids.

Nuts are so 'healthful' that medical researchers at Harvard now recommend they be eaten daily (about 1 ounce) for the prevention of heart disease.

it could be in case of allergies... I ate peanuts during my pregnancy
