First off, calm down. They could quite possibly be warts, and they are completely treatable and removable. You would want to do that before having sex, because it would be extremely inconsiderate of you to share them with another person. You will not die from them at any rate. Go see the doctor. He/she will evaluate them and decide on the best way to remove them. Normally they are removed either with applications of liquid nitrogen to freeze them, or painting with a mild salicylic acid solution. It may take several applications to completely remove them, but eventually they will go.
You may not even actually have genital warts. You might just have several flat moles, or raised skin areas. You will not know for certain until you go see the doctor and have them evaluated. There is no need to be embarassed about it, or ashamed. Doctors see it fairly frequently, and treat it. You wouldn't be the first, and you won't be the last. As personal as it is to you, it isn't to them. There is nothing you own that will shock a doctor. I've been a nurse and paramedic for more than 20 years, and it's not even close the first time I've heard this story. You won't die from embarassment, and there's no need to be embarassed. Just make the appointment, and go see the doctor. You will leave feeling much better and much relieved, I promise.

There are many treatments avaliable. There is no cure, but your body can fight it off (eg- no cure for the common cold, but the body will fight it off) It's just warts, normal warts, like any other wart anywhere else. You won't die man.
When you get them treated and they are gone, there is still a 10% chance that it is still in your system. You have to tell a partner I guess. Wear a condom if they are on the shaft, the virus can't pass through it.

There is also a vaccine for females.
Heres my trick. Tell the girl you are seeing that a girl you slept with called you later and said she got warts. She said they may have been passed to you. Tell the girl you never got them, but would like her to get the vaccine just in case. That should casue no problems and really shows her that you care. No need to admit to icky warts :) Stats Canada says 88% of the population has, or has had the virus in their life, but only like 1% develop symptoms. Do some research on gov sites.

Don't get stressed!! It's totally nothing to worry about. It's treatable, theres a vaccine, and it won't take a day off your life. It does suck though, like really bad, but you will feel fine in a few months of dealing with it. Trust me. Count yourself luck it's not something else that will kill you.

It might not be warts....go get checked out. The warts look exactly like oil glands left over from when we were hairy monkies. Doctor time dude, they can tell.
Haven't tried this but, put vinegar on them, if they are warts they will turn white.

If you have sex with someone while you have the warts you will pass them to your partner (thats most likely how you got them).

Why not just go to your doctors or sexual health clinic or g.u.m. dept at the hospital & get them removed. One visit and they're gone.

You could be with someone else that has them too. I really don't think it could kill you. You should go to the doctor and get some medicine and get it checked to see what it even is in the first place.
