Glucose Fasting-70-110 mg/dL.(3.8-6.1 mmol/L)
Glucose PP/R- Upto 160 mg/dL (8.8 mmol/L)
Your second reading 1.32 does not appear correct.
You should also take HbA1c test every 3 or 4 months.
Eat a low-cholesterol, low-fat diet. This kind of diet includes cottage cheese, fat-free milk, fish (not canned in oil), vegetables, poultry, egg whites, and polyunsaturated oils and margarines (corn, safflower, canola, and soybean oils). Avoid foods with excess fat in them such as meat (especially liver and fatty meat), egg yolks, whole milk, cream, butter, shortening, lard, pastries, cakes, cookies, gravy, peanut butter, chocolate, olives, potato chips, coconut, cheese (other than cottage cheese), coconut oil, palm oil, and fried foods.

I don't know about dog nutrition, but I do know about cat nutrition and your cat will not be healthy on dog food. It doesn't contain taurine which is essential to a cat. Aslo I'm sure it's full of grain, which is basically carbohydrates and your cat can develop diabetes and become fat. You need to be strict for their own sake and feed them high quality species appropriate diet. Feed them at the same time in different rooms. Take the food away after 30 minutes if they don't eat it and refrigerate it. Try again in a few hours. No animal will starve itself just out of being fussy about their food. The cat would be harder to adjust, but the dog will give in pretty fast. Pour some tuna juice over the cat's food, it should make it more appealing. You can try mixing it gradually, but you need to make a change or you are risking your pets' health in the long run. More about cat nutrition here:

You can eat what you want - just not the quantity you might want. Have you considered counting carbohydrates - carb counting? Any food item that has a lot of total carbohydrates with raise your blood glucose a lot. Those are the food items to eat very little - that's the items like pasta, breads, etc. Foods with low carbohydrates are the better choices, however, they too will raise your BG as well. You have to find a balance between healthy eating (carb intake) and simply eating candies. Sure, you can have the occasional piece, you just can not have lots of what you might want. I have one bite of a pizza slice, or one spoon of pie. You get the taste, favor and enjoyment without the excessive BG levels. When you take more than a taste, you get high BG levels and that's not what the game is all about.

Hi there. I woule be worried if my glucose was 1.32 in the morning. It is VERY LOW. Porridge is good as are vegetables. Look at the GI diet. It is very good for diabetics. Anthony Worrell Thompson has written a few books about it. But please have your bloods checked or else do a second test to make sure

Don't you mean 13.2?? if it is 1.32 I doubt you are conscious!!
A healthy balanced diet - see Diabetes UK website, more importantly if you are trying to control your diabetes then regular exercise is the best way for your body to use up the sugar load from foods, a minimum 1/2 hour daily of moderate intensity exercise is recommended (if able), and it's 1hour a day for children.

anything below 7.0 is normal blood glucose level if it showed 1.32 this should be checked if you get an abnormal reading test again I have diabetes and check my levels regularly if I get an abnormal reading I do a re-check and this usually shows the first reading was incorrect the second one will probably be normal
