Obesity can effect anyone. No matter how old, male or female or what race. Obesity doesnt know any category. The best thing to do is just exercize regularly and keep track of a healthy dietl.

There really is no type of person obesity can effect. Obesity could be hereditary or maybe it's just eating to much sugar or carbohydrates. Ask your doctor.

The person putting on the weight, I've seen completely nice people turn angry and edgy about everything, life in general due to obesity.
You can't help them though if they won't help themselves in getting to the problem.

It can affect any one. It's a simply equation: Intake greater than usage or need. You eat lots more that you use up in activity and daily living. The excess turns into fat for later, except there's no later.
