First off you need to understand that there is a difference between AIDS and HIV. HIV is the virus that causes your immune system to break down. After a certain period of time-dependent on the strand-the infected will begin to develop conditions that are not normal in a person with a healthy immune system. Once the person has progressed to a certain level they begin to get what is known a opportunistic infections infections, once this occurs you have AIDS. This usually occurs when the patient has a CD4 level of less than 200 cells/uL.
How old are you? If you are a teen under 20 (maybe until your 30's) unless you are married what makes you think that you sexual encounters are going to be planned. We don't wake up and say, "I think I will have sex today" that is not how it works. When you are married you usually have a couple of years of sporadic and very good love making and then before you know it she puts your a@# on a schedule and then you have an Idea as to when you will be permitted to have sex.
Now on to your incident I believe today's number is 1/254 Americans have HIV/AIDS. So now that we have these numbers we can deduce that your odds were 1/253. You are a man an it is slightly more complicated when it comes to men and transmission thus the concept that it is easier for a woman to contract HIV than a man.(to say that is does not occur would be absurd).
I recommend that you find some way to get a rapid HIV test ASAP. One now, three weeks from the incident, and then another at 8-12 weeks. Most of the time the 8 weeks is a pretty good indicator of your status.
Try not to look around at the damn Internet. Last week I looked up the word headache and it said I was dying of an aneurysm. I am 18 and that scared the living poop out of me. Another thing make sure you get rapid tests they usually are free but you have to hunt them down. They give you the results in about twenty minutes. May the force(god) be with you my brother.

Sorry to tell you that you can definitely get any STD she has. The only way to make sure you don't from now on is to not have sexual contact with anyone, or find a partner and have both of you submit to a physical and blood work. Do this again in 6 months. If after 6 months you are still both clean you may be able to have safe sex with her.

First of all, casual and sex don't belong in the same sentence.
When you have sex with someone, you're basically saying, "Hey, whatever you have, I want it too, and I'm willing to accept the consequences!"
Now that you're done, the only option you have is to go to your doctor and tell him or her what happened. They will run a battery of tests that will need to be repeated in 6 months and again in 1 year.
Until you get a clean bill of health in 1 year, assume you are infected. That means, don't give it to anyone else!

Yes, if she has Aids you could have contracted it. Go to the doctor and get an Aids test. Do this again in 6 months. There is nothing I can tell you to prevent yourself from contracting S.T.D.'s The only sure fire way to be safe is not to have sex. Take care.

well some preventive measures for next time with the condom:
Dont keep them too long. After a year or so they tend to break easier. watch the experation date on them.
Keep them in the dark at room temperature. my friend used to keep them in the car and with the temperatures in the winter and summer caused them to break all the time
dont buy from cheap brands
ware them properly

Well, there is a chance. You must be in one of the very rare incidents that the condoms get torn up during sex.
Better see a doctor once awhile............

Most of the time, men don't get AIDS from women. I'm not sure why, but it's rare that it happens.

I TOTALLY AGREE WITH MONIKA J. AS HER PERIODS WERE DUE IN A WEEK THEN HER FERTILE PERIOD IS OVER SO CHANCES OF CONCEPTION ARE MUCH LESS. AND YOU DID NOT EJACULATE INSIDE HER VAGINA. BUT PRE EJACULATION *** / SECRETION/SEMINAL FLIUD CAN CONTAIN SOME SPERMS WHICH CAN GIVE RISE CONCEPTION. BUT CHANCES ARE VERY LESS. NEXT TIME USE GOOD QUALITY CONDOMS. SONT USE ANY LUBRICANTS ON CONDOMS. IF YOU WANT SOME EXTERNAL LUBRICATION THER ARE PRE LUBRICATED CONDOMS. WIDE VARIETY OF CONDOMS ARE AVAILABLE

It's possible. You should get yourself tested to be sure.
Never have sex with someone you don't know - as you have learned the hard way.
