hi friend, which is the best exercise between these two-30 minutes of cycling(exer-cycle) per day or 30 minutes of brisk walking per day? which is the most beneficial to the health?....especially for diabetic patients.....

Both exercises are excellent to do. Exercise on a daily basis is one of the key factors in maintaining or lowering your blood sugar as well as loosing weight and watching what you eat.

Why must you choose one over the other? Why not do both? If you can't do both on the same day, then split it up. Walk briskly or just plain walk on Mondays and Wednesdays and Fridays and the rest of the week do your cycling. This way you won't get as bored with your routine.

Walking is the best (especially if you have crossed 40). If you do it in fresh air(pollution free) it is many times best. But follow the rule "something is better than nothing."

Both are best. You can also add swimming.
