hi friend, which is the best exercise between these two-30 minutes of cycling(exer-cycle) per day or 30 minutes of brisk walking per day? which is the most beneficial to the health?....especially for diabetic patients.....

Do the cycling. You can vary the intensity better during cycling than you can walking. Cycling at full power definitely blows the doors off walking at full bore.

Also, cycling can give your arms a workout if you sprint out of the saddle.

They are both excellent exercises. I would walk one day, and exer-cycle the next. I like variety to avoid boredom, so does your body. Here are some helpful tips:

Walking hands down, it does not require any thing , and can even be done in the house/home, going from one point to the other and doing it over and over.
