hi friend

there is chances of diabetic retinopahty in untreated diabetes mellitus cases. once it has happened, the retinopathy is difficult to cure completely.

to be free of it, the diabetic person should maintain his/her blood sugar level. low sweet intake, physical exercise and if not controlled then oral drugs or insulin injections are available in the market.

not for diabetic but for others also to protect the eyes we need to take some precautions. like wear sun glass, was eyes regularly iwth plain tap water, gon't work for long period in compuers and go to eye doctors routinely.

Thenk you

I'm a 45 year old woman and was recently diagnosed as being a borderline diabetic. My doctor prescribed some medication, but before filling it I decided to do some research on the internet which led me to the methods. After reading this ebook and applying the methods, my scepticism turned to 100% belief. I noticed that my energy levels increased significantly and I felt more rested in the morning, my symptoms started going away.

I am very happy to tell you that I have been feeling better than I have felt in years and my doctor informed me that he will be taking me off my prescriptions if I keep this up.

I recommend you use the Type 2 Diabetes Destroyer to naturally reverse your diabetes.

Uncontrolled Diabetes can lead to retinopathy a serious condition leading to blindness.you have to be put on insulin therapy or oral medication like Glypride.I do not know whether your doctor has already put you on these.Besides, take a morning regular walk for about 3-4 Km and avoid all forms of sugar and starch.Avoid rice in meals. These measures will help you tide over the problem

Blindness occurs in 20% og Insulin Dependent Diabetes Mellitius (IDDM) - due to osmotic pressure imbalance in the eye caused by the glucose.. Good blood suger control is the key. Check your blood sugar with a private glucometer 3 times daily. Go to an opthalmologist (eye doctor) annualy to have eye exam. There can be small vessel growth that need sto be burned away with laser. But there are other pathomechanisms also.

The best thing you can do is to eat healthy.
Fruits, green salad, cilantro (coriandrum sativum), omega 3, correct fat/oils (no soy since it easily oxydizes). Cook/fry food with coconut oil or olive oil.

1* Control your blood sugar level by
a- less intake of sugar in your diet
b- low carbohydrate and low fat diet too is essential.

2* Exercise (muscle tone up is important to reduce tissue resistance to insulin)

3* wear sunglasses ( to protect your eyes from radiation)

4* get your eyes checked regularly by and Optometrist or an Ophthalmologist

5* Ask your doctor for Amsler's grid (for home screening) with which you can check your eyes at home aswell.

6* diabetes is a microangiopathy, dont forget to go to a general physician too. diabetes can affect other vital organs of your body too apart from affecting your eyes.

Eye treatments by Minootoo.

Looks like his optic nerve has degenerated and it is degenerating further.

Treatments are mainly for helping him see batter. None of this will cure or improve the nerve problem.
Hopefully in few years, some new discovery will be made or nerve transplant only from dead body will be performed.

At this time healthy eyes are harvested and implanted with nerve and all but no one has thought about harvesting healthy nerve only from unhealthy eyes also.

1. This treatment keeps his eyes clean and clear and lubricated.

Buy a proper size eyes washing glass. Wash the glass with clean water, drinking water is fine. The water should be cold-colder the batter, fill the eye glass with this cold water, hold the glass full of cold water in one hand and bending the head down at neck and at same time bring the glass to the eye. Open and close the eye as it is submerged in the water little time. Throw this water away, fill the glass with more clean water and repeat the washing procedure at least three times. Now do the same to next eye.

Wash the eyes as needed or few times a day. I say at least 5 times a day. When he gets up in the morning. when he goes to bed at night. Before every meals.

Workings:

The cold water tightens the eye muscles that control the shape of the eye lens. These muscles get weak over the years of use. This muscle actually help eye lens focus the image on the eye retina.

Principle:
We cannot do any thing about the nerve, but we can sure improve other parts and the functions in the eye, by doing so improve the total vision to some extent.

2. This treatment is base on same principle.

Take two pieces of white plain paper 2in by 2in square. Take a black or dark blue pen and put a small a dot in the center of both piece of paper.

Pin one piece of paper with a dot on a wall at eye level.

Move back about 100 ft. from the wall. Mark the spot of future use.

Stand at this spot put down the other piece of paper at the toe.

Standing at this spot you are ready to exsersise your eye.

Exercise:

We will call this far and near Exercise.

Keep both eyes open but block one with a piece of back or white cardboard.

Look at the dot on the wall bring it in focus. Count 1-20 must keep dot in the focus.

Quickly look down at the other piece of paper bring the dot in the focus. Count 1-20 must keep dot in the focus.

Again quickly look at the dot on the wall bring it in focus. Count 1-20 must keep dot in the focus.

Repeat it 20 times. Few times a day, best time mornings and e

A simple one is to always wear sunglasses. Diabetics tend to develop cortical (snowflake) cataract. Cortical cataract has been linked to excessive UV exposure, even in non-diabetics.

Wearing sunglasses, as well as prescription spectacles, gives your eyes added protection from ocular trauma.

See an ophthalmologist annually. Get laser photocoagulation if you have non-proliferative retinopathy. If you have proliferative retinopathy, then God help you. That sucks big time.
