Go to your local Health Department and ask for an application for a street vender's permit. I'm not sure what the general fee is,but they will let you know. Also,most street venders MUST have a place to wash their hands and utensils with HOT water on their cart or vehicle. Good luck.

A license to sell food on the street. You could get in trouble, check your local city hall to find out.

You need permits from your local health dept. You will also need a business license from the City (and in some places the county as well) and the city may also require you to carry a vendors license. I've heard that some of theose carts are considered a vehicle as well and fall under the licesing for vehicles too.
Oh, and you need to have a very good product and money to advertise.

You need a food handlers liscense to sell food at all but to sell it on the street i think u might need a special one as well. Sort of like a permit.

you definetly need a city permit and maybe a health inspection and some really good food:)))) good luck.
