The 140 is borderline and 64 is terrific. Not to worry you won't have a stroke at 140/64 but most docs today like it around 120.This can be corrected with weight loss, if necessary, lower your salt intake, that can really help. And the doc may put you on a water pill.

systalic 140 is to high, 64 is good, see a doctor sometimes they just recomend changes in your diet to bring it down, but don't let is get out of control. If you eat a lot of salt stop.

Considering 120/70 is the high side of normal I would be concerned with that BP

That's a little high. Bottom number is good though. Was the reading taken by your doc? Those machines at the grocery store or drug stores aren't accurate so if you got the reading from one of those, I wouldn't rely on it.
