Yes you can. You can get an Std from a hj if the girls has one and she touches her vagina then touches your penis. Also, even if you cover your peeter during a bj you can get herpes and other STDs especially if there is a hole in the condom. I am glad that you are taking the proper precautions. Although these are all possibilities it is rare.
