I'm a 45 year old woman and was recently diagnosed as being a borderline diabetic. My doctor prescribed some medication, but before filling it I decided to do some research on the internet which led me to the methods. After reading this ebook and applying the methods, my scepticism turned to 100% belief. I noticed that my energy levels increased significantly and I felt more rested in the morning, my symptoms started going away.

I am very happy to tell you that I have been feeling better than I have felt in years and my doctor informed me that he will be taking me off my prescriptions if I keep this up.

I recommend you use the Type 2 Diabetes Destroyer to naturally reverse your diabetes.

I have been a Diabetic 2 for three years.

We can have nearly everything - but in moderation.

And you should seek out a good dietician to help you,

I even eat 6 meals a day, 3 + 3 snacks, so you can see these will be smaller to get my calorie number down. Your nutritionist will also advise how many carbs to have - based on several factors, like weight and sex.

The six meals balances my sugar through the day and my last A1C was 5.7 (needs to be below 6.5)

good luck

Forget anything you have ever been told about Diabetes.

And get this - it has nothing to do with insulin, exercise, diet or anything else you've heard in the past. It's all based on latest breakthrough research that Big Pharma is going Stir Crazy to hide from you.

The key is blood sugar control, not one high sugar (carb) meal and then compensating.

You should review the Glycemic Index which might help in determining which foods would cause the least immediate rise.

Lean protein, all fruit and veggies, whole grain over simple starches would be best.

I've had it since I was 10 and we can eat almost anything as long as we eat it in moderation. Don't eat a lot at a time it will add up.
