The record for a healthy person was made by an idiot- a terrorist for the IRA who went on a hunger strike. He lasted 73 days, then died. (and good riddance)
Of course he was not completely without food- he took juices etc. Not much, but still.
If you have diabetes, don't try it. Any metabolic problem + hunger means quite possibly death or serious liver damage.
Taking medication for diabetes means that blood glucose drops. When blood glucose drops below 30 mg/dl or so, consciousness is lost. half an hour of that and the brain gets damaged. Any more= death.
Careful with maxrapid Insulin.

It depends on the person. A diabetic person couldn't go as long as a non-diabetic could, b/c of the tendency of the blood sugar to bottom out faster.

Depends on the health of the person. A diabetic person should always carry a snack (peanut butter crackers, sugar candy, OJ, etc. in case their glucose drops).
