I don't know where you live, but, Trader Joe's sell lots of ethnic frozen foods and dinners. You may need to try a high end grocery store to find what you need.

There's a company called Tower Isle. They make jamaican beef patties and they're delicious! (unfortunately/fortunately I am a vegetarian now!!!!)

I know they sell these frozen in supermarkets on the East Coast.
