why would your tamale masa stick to your corn husks when they've been cooked?

Be sure you cook the masa all the way through. If its all cooked inside then you added too much water to the masa mix.

Did you add oil or lard to the masa? I make them every year and never had a problem.

You need a bit more lard (or oil, if you're squeamish) in your masa.
