Its us ignorant british getting the name wrong calling them kebabs, because in turkish or greek they are prenounced kebob.

As a matter of fact some Americans fat, thin, tall or short do and some don't. Just like some of call a tomato a tomaaato and some call it a tomooooooto.

Were not all fat, and what does it matter what we call it? Kabobs are made with meat and veggies, and they are usually grilled at least here in the fat USA, so even if you are using fatty meat, the fat will still drip off
