I'd have to agree with you. Unless Peking Duck is an option. That'stuff's gross.

I have tons of favorites. I'm open to just about anything - but if I had to choose I would probably pick either Pho (Vietnamese dish) or Italian pasta.
And I love sushi too.

It's hard to say that any dish isn't somehow ethnic, since everyone has an ethnicity. Anyway, my favorite is börek (Turkish) and I dislike most Russian food (especially borshch).

Sushi is my favorite food on the planet.
While I like most cabbage applications, I can't say that I was crazy about kimchi.

I like Spanish food such as Cuban sandwiches, beans and rice. I dislike many french foods like escargot..

ahhh! it's most defiantly moose steak with Zuni bread! that's the best and it's navjo(im navajo), but the nastiest thing Ive ever tasted was couscous!

Pyrohy (Ukrainian perogies) and holubtsi (cabbage rolls) are my favourites. Not fave - chicken livers
