Is there anyway to find out if someone has HIV? Theres this girl i used to be with and now after we broke up I realize she's totally untrustworthy and I want to find out if she's the one spreading it around.

its not legal to give out anyones info, so if you didnt get it from her, the info or the disease, then there is no legal way to find out. number one get yourself tested.

A persons HIV status is a confidential part of their medical record. If you are concerned you have been infected, then you should get tested.
In some states (Michigan being one) it is a felony to not disclose the fact that you are HIV positive being engaging in any form on penatration.
If you feel this person infected you or someone else you should contact you local health department and bring the matter to their attention.

The only way to diagnoses HIV is through a blood test. You can tell anything by looking at a person or by a person's behavior. Issue for you is whether or not you used a condom during your sex times.
The information about a person's HIV status is confidential and in many places protected by law.

No HIV infomation is confidential. If you even remotely think she may have HIV you should get tested for safety sake.

ask the ones she has been with .if they got it from her the .std. by law this is confindational informtion. or if you have a friend who works in the .cdc. department they can find ot very easy. my opion/
