one that eats lots of beans will start having a large amount of gas.... make a bean soup with the beans, veggies, rice, etc...[too much of the same thing is not good] balance it out

yeah mayb its best to stick to one bean per meal
cook them thoroughly until soft
too much of anything can be bad
