one that eats lots of beans will start having a large amount of gas.... make a bean soup with the beans, veggies, rice, etc...[too much of the same thing is not good] balance it out

Consuming too much can cause bloating, gas, and cramps. Beans are high in fiber. Take gas pills to help deplete the gas.
