my blood pressure is really great......until.....?

...... i get mad. When i get mad it will increase so fast that all my veins and ariteris start hurting. I'm still alive today, so obviosly i don't have a heart attack. How do i deal with my blood pressure going up like that?

The only thing you can do is try and control your temper, what you are going through is perfectly normal a bit exaggerated by that is what happens to everyone when angry. You might also want to consider taking blood pressure medications. Consult a doctor for that.
