If you are talking about Chewing Tobacco, the answer is:

Yes - chewing tobacco gives you a higher risk of a stroke.

Chewing tobacco is just as bad as smoking tobacco with the added bonus of higher rates of mouth cancer too!

completely agree with the first answerer, besides the fact that its nasty and noone in there right mind would want to kiss you after having that crap in your mouth!
