Try Listerine....it will burn like heck but it will clean it and kill the bacteria.

Use triple anti biotic ointment on it. Also rinsing it with hydrogen peroxide will help get rid of the infection.

Warm water with sea salt in it is recommended to avoid infection...it might help treat it too.

peroxide, it will bubble out the infection, tastes a little weird but it works.
