I haven't heard that clouds in the urine is indicative of clamydia. However, it does mean that there is an excess of vaginal discharge that is being disspelled in the urine. That can be from a variety of causes. A lot of times, women with clamydia are asymptomatic, as ar men. I would tell your friend to have a culture done and wait for the outcome. It could be something as a simple as a bacterial infection, or nothing at all.

I had a friend who was diagnosed with Chlamydia. She had not had sex in two years ( don't know why not, but this is what she said). She has had check ups during that time. She knew this could not be true. She was very insistent with the doctor. She wanted to find out what was really wrong with her. She also did not want treatment for something she did not have.

I don't know if it was because of clouds in her urine, but she definitely was misdiagnosed. They finally figured it out and it turned out (as she thought) that she did not have an STD at all.
