Hi there, I am a celebrity chef from Singapore and would like to share my cooking skills especially related to spices with the whole world. In fact I am called the Spice Queen in Singapore!
I am an author of 15 cookbooks and have done a few cooking shows too.

Start a Yahoo group first and begin to market your group to your fans in the US that are from Singapore. For example, I ampart of a Yahoo group called Nigerian cooking. There are several groups like this. If you have this much experience and fame it should be easy to get going here. If you need more help you can email me and I will contact you directly. You can email Yahoo directly through the yahoo directory, or you can answer questions and when someone asks for help with recipes, you can share your knowledge.
