No more then any other kind. The same safety procedures should be followed. It's been reported that many young adults (high school students) are following this practice to prevent pregnancy.
This is in no way a way to the social structures of our society. It's not something I would want my daughters to start doing. Sex education in the classes and outside are a must today.

It can be if you're with someone that is infected with something. We just need to get off the whole ******* deal. Is it really worth it to the woman?

I would say only if the one giving it would have cold sores, because this type of herpes, will be passed on to the next person.
