Why does stir fried or fried food taste salty even if no salt is added?

Stir fry usually contains soy sauce which has a huge amount of sodium in it.
Fried food usually has breading which contains either cornmeal or flour to which salt has been added.

stir fried food does not taste salty if you don't add salt into it but processed fried meat does because they have salt in it for preservation.

stir fried food , usually doesnt taste salty. it ususallt tasts spicy and hot

It depends on what sauces/ingrediants you are using.

Soy sauce, for instance, is extremely salty. Most sauces that you WOULD use for a stir fry are salt-based.. Try making your own sauces.

its a natural effect from the greese as it is absorbed inside the food as it hardens in the skillet

Some seasonings or spices have salt.
Could be your breading, or the canned vegetables.
