HI, I'm fifteen years old and for the past two days, I've had chest pain, just like there's a weight on my chest. I feel like there's a hole and I've had trouble taking a full deep breath, and then I panic. I also have pain when I press below my breasts and along my cleavage line. I'm kind of freaked out and I don't know if it's nothing or what.

Forget trying to diagnose it online. The only thing people can do in here is offer ideas and guesses but we are not doctors. YOU MUST TELL YOUR PARENTS. They can then take you to a doctor who can specifically determine your problem. "Guessing" is not a wise thing to do with your health since the potential could be life threatening.

You really need to be seen by a doctor on this one. If you don't have a family doctor ask the school nurse to get one for you. Chest pain is not something you can fool around with. Teens get heart trouble and lung problems too. Best of luck to you!

i have been having the same problems, and i was told it was chronchitis (something like that)..its not your heart. so don't worry. its an inflammation of the cartilidge that connects your breast bone to your ribs. if you take a deep breath, hold it, and press in on your chest and it hurts, then it sounds like the inflammation. i also suffer from anxiety, which is only going to make the pain worse, so calm down. =)

You need to talk with your doctor. It may be anxiety problems or it could be actually help problem. But to be sure what it is you need to go get medical treatment so you can stop worrying.
