what are all the possible risks involved when having a sinus surgery operation to remove infection very near to the brain

Anything near or having to do with the brain is serious and being that i'm not a doctor, I don't want to scare you or tell you about something, I know nothing about. I suggest you ask your doctor, or have your doctor refer you to someone, that specializes, in that type of profession.

First, saline your nose twice a day and see if u get better.
Operation is the last result unless life or death.
Use Camphor rub (chapstick) on the sinus areas.
Take Enchinachea tablets to clear up the sinus.
Surgury should not be needed.

There are some, but remember what Mark Twain said It went something like the worst things that he could imagine happening to him didn't. Your surgeon will tell you the risks. If you have an infection close to the brain, they will be small in comparison.

your doctor should have this answer for you.
you dont want that infection to spread thats for sure.
