Here's a quote I use when sending cards to friends/family Congratulating them on their new home:
"Arrive, Unpack & Fill With Dreams"
Another suggestion....ask guests to bring a clipping from their yard if the new home owner has landscape needs (and would actually plant or put clippings in a vase).
Have fun!

Uh...you are hosting it? Wow, I've never heard of that. The point is that the host is welcoming people into their new home. Huh.
My cake message suggestion:
Happy Housewarming!

The sources vendors. they are those that be conscious of while and if their house is prepare and arranged for a social gathering. i could be furious if somebody wished to try this for me. i do no longer desire somebody desirous to set a date for a social gathering at MY abode.i will try this myself while i'm waiting.
