Here's a quote I use when sending cards to friends/family Congratulating them on their new home:

"Arrive, Unpack & Fill With Dreams"

Another suggestion....ask guests to bring a clipping from their yard if the new home owner has landscape needs (and would actually plant or put clippings in a vase).

The sources vendors. they are those that be conscious of while and if their house is prepare and arranged for a social gathering. i could be furious if somebody wished to try this for me. i do no longer desire somebody desirous to set a date for a social gathering at MY abode.i will try this myself while i'm waiting.

a big welcome mat in the middle and a lot of little fun welcome sayings around the cake or take a photo of the new house and have it put on the cake and fun saying around the home......
