imy sister is diabetic and my sist had me test my levels today i ate 3 cookies drank 2 bottles of pop and ate bread about an hour b4 the test my level was only 90 im not sick i dont feel bad i dont have any probs 100-120 is normal if you fast but i didnt fast we did the test the second time about a half an hour later and still it was 90 still does any1 know why? my doctor checked my levels b4 because i was loosing a lot of weight and i was passing out when they took my blood and passed out i didnt come through for 30 min my doc said i was fine could he be wrong i have pcos also

I dont know what pcos is but taking that out..
it could be that you had just waken up and eaten ...
try at night.. but you shouldnt stay the whole day with only a soda and 3 cookies that is not healthy.. why don't you try to eat fruits b/c they have a lot of sugar ..like strawberries, orangers, and so on.. if it continues.. then go to your doctor..
and the only reason you fainted was b/c you saw blood so your doctor is right and he had the blood tests so don't worry.. he would tell you if something is wrong..also talk to your mom and see what she thinks..
maybe your sisters thing is not working right?
it could be..
but don't stress over it.. just eat right ....b/c you are not feeling anything..

90 is not low. Non-diabetics are supposed to be between 60 and 105.

90 isn't a bad number for someone who isn't diabetic. It's o.k But if you eat all those carbs it's going to make your sugar go up and then you're sugar will crash. Its not good to eat all that junk. But you should be o.k if your doctor said so
