In your case it could be a Virus, attacking your digesting track, commonly called Stomach Flu.
The Burning is from Back flow of Digestive Juice up the Esophagus.
A Pneumonia itself is a Lung Infection, one or both sides of the Lungs, caused by Virus,Bacteria or Fungi.
Symptoms are like a Cold, high Fever, Cough with Sputum, Chest pain.
See a doctor as soon as possible or if in your Town/City available go to the nearest Acute Care Center, not Emergency Care.
Good Luck

I'm sure the burning is just heartburn. I'm guessing you ate some bad food.
If you are hacking up phelm then you might have pneumonia.

Definitely go to the doctor. Anyone any age can have pneumonia and it can be (if untreated) fatal.

Does not sound like Pnemonia - Sounds like acid.
Pneumonia is when you have rattling in your chest from phlegm buildup, trouble breathing, high fever, fatigue.
